Snow falls on trees, pulling branches toward land. Air, warmish for this time of year, melting the snow faster than the norm (but still the snow comes). The world around us is white, green, and brown, Sun hidden by gray clouds.

Imbolc comes on Thursday, yet another sign of Spring’s emergence.

Snow has fallen again, nourishing Earth’s womb. She is in the throws of many powerful wet dreams that facilitate life. The chirping birds are her moans of desire, Sun wetting her skin by melting the snow. Wind, on her wet skin sending quivers along her body.

Beautiful, lush life will Spring forth soon. And I wait with baited breath.
