Blue Above, Yellow Around, White Below

Sun is out today, strong and warm. The snow and ice are starting to melt, the buds getting ready to come to life.
Jaxsun and I went to Old Hill to walk the mail drag today. I could feel Our Mother stirring in her sleep, getting ready to wake and throw off the shackles of Winter. Tracks abundant as Earth’s children feel the pull of warmth from their dens.
Goodbye Winter! Thank you and travel safe to the Down Under.
Gem of Night
February 12, 2006
The snow clouds blew off and now Mistress is blessing us with her light.
Greeting to you, gem of night!
Beauty of Sky, gem of night!
Mother of Stars, gem of night!
Foster-child of Sun, gem of night!
Majesty of Stars, gem of night!

Snow, II

Boston is getting 20″ we’re only getting about 3″.
This makes me happy.
Hurry Spring, hurry. I’m loosing my life in the bleakness and desolation of winter.
Snow

It’s going to snow this weekend. We’re supposed to get a foot. Winter’s desperate attempt at maintaining his control over Earth.
Foxy
February 7, 2006
I was walking Jaxsun this morning and was coming up to our street when he starts going nuts: crying, whining, even barking, which he doesn’t usually do. I look across 3A and I see a cat go running from the hillock on the right to the woods and stream on the left. I look down at Jaxsun and say “what, like you’ve never seen a cat before?!” I just shook my head and looked up, preparing to cross, when I see another “cat” run into view. Then it stops. It is the biggest fox I’ve ever seen. It had to be beagle size. It just stood there, almost pointing with it’s snout, marking where the cat went, for about 3 seconds. Then it was off like a shot, after the cat. What a beautiful animal (the fox…though, the cat was cute…was.)

Mother is now in her mid-point of pregnancy. Soon she will birth Spring with it’s beauty and substance. I welcome Sun back, I welcome Earth back. I thank Winter for his cold water, for giving Sun and Earth to the Southern Hemisphere so they too can grow food and animals for food. I thank Winter for giving the Northern Hemisphere time to sleep, recoup from Summer’s busy-ness.
Welcome!
Welcome!
Hello and Welcome!
Goodbye Winter and thank you.
