Signs of Autumn II

I wrote the first post on the last day of August. It’s only been a couple weeks since then but the temps have plummeted and Sun is growing sleepier and sleepier by the day.

  • Flannel sheets are necessary
  • Sleeping naked is done at your own risk
  • Dark by 7:30p
  • Foggy mornings
  • Brilliant blue skies
  • A decidedly different energy level of the townspeople and community as a whole.
  • More trees are changing.
  • Woodstove smells in the air.
  • Harley is less interested in spending time outside.
  • Hunting season has started and so have the “accidental” gunshot wound calls.
