Steam

We’re going out in Concord tonight so there was no reason for him to come home after work just to go back down so I took Wolf down to work this morning. I noticed the steam over the Pemigawasset River on my way down. On my way home I had an epiphany: You know it’s cold when the ice is steamy.

The Pemi is pretty well frozen however all the way down Route 3 — it follows the west side of the Pemi — you could see the steam in patches.

I took this on the way home. It was just past 8a. That stop sign on the right is for the prison so I just crested the hill and was heading down.

Unreal, hu?
