This morning I woke up to the sound of snow falling off the roof and crashing to the ground. Such a beautiful sound!

Since before Capitalmas it’s been pretty dammed cold here in New Hampshire. I’m not sure the temperatures have gotten above 30* in over a month. At one point it warmed up enough to snow — we got about a foot — then the temps plummeted again.

But today, today is warm. I have the front and back doors open letting the warmish wind come through the house. Fresh air livens up the staleness of the trailer.

For the last couple days I’ve been getting spring fever intensely despite the cold weather. I can see the days are getting longer. Finally I sent in the seed order so that has helped the fever along.

This is my favorite time of the year. Watching the snow melt to the warmth of Sun. Watching Mother Earth bloom.

Spring is on her way!

Mother Earth is returning. Father Winter is losing his grip.

Rejoice in her rebirth!

You’re right…it’s glorious when things begin reawakening!!

An aside…did you ever get confirmation that Grace received the seeds? I never got anything from her stating they arrived, and can’t seem to find a viable contact email address or anything to check up on it…any idea where the exchange seeds are at this point? Just wondering :)

Robbyn: Yes, I got an email from her after I sent her one asking about the seeds. Becca was next on thi list and she too emailed to say she got them. I forget who’s next.

Oh warm! I wore flip flops outside today when I took the dogs out. It was only like 50 degrees, but it felt so warm!
